Summer Reading Camp for Kindergarten Through 5th Grade

This summer, give your child a fun, supportive, and engaging learning experience at Sound Sensory Therapeutic Playhouse in Fayetteville, NC. Our Summer Reading Camp is designed to help children strengthen reading skills, build confidence, develop friendships, and enjoy a safe sensory-friendly environment where every child is encouraged to grow and shine.

Our camp combines structured reading instruction with creative activities, movement breaks, sensory-friendly learning, and social interaction to create an exciting summer experience for children of all learning styles and abilities.

What We Offer

Daily Reading Instruction

Children will strengthen reading skills, improve fluency, and build a love for books through engaging daily activities and guided instruction.

Phonics and Reading Comprehension

Campers will practice phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and literacy development through hands-on learning and fun educational experiences.

Social Skills and Friendship Building

We encourage teamwork, communication, confidence building, and positive social interaction in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Sensory-Friendly Activities

Our program includes sensory-friendly experiences designed to support children with different learning styles, sensory needs, and developmental abilities.

Arts, Crafts, and Creative Fun

Children will enjoy creative projects and activities that encourage imagination, self-expression, and confidence.

Outdoor Play and Movement Breaks

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Families receive 10% OFF when enrolling two or more siblings.
